The original house situated in the middle of the site was extensively refurbished and extended to set up a dialogue with the surrounding garden. The new extension sits as pavilion in the landscape. The single volume room is set out on a grid that the vaulted ceiling responds to, and is open to the garden terrace separated by a line of steel windows. The interiors are lined throughout in high quality natural materials of parquet floors, polished concrete and natural stone.
