These two private houses are located on the south coast of Ibiza, on a very sloped site close to clay cliffs and facing the sea.

A three storey building was resolved on a L-shaped layout. By means of the steep slope access had to be resolved through the roof, which created and opportunity to design a landscaped ́promenade ́from the entrance to the property to the entrance of the house, where a lift and stair- case were placed. Many principles of the Mediterranean architecture have been explored and developed at many levels of the project. This project was completed in 2015.
